However, we received a call today, shortly after the order, in which we were informed that our delivery today would not be worthwhile. Will not be worthwhile for the store in the future, because we ordered the last time today. Too bad. Never again

We have already ordered three / four times and it was a direct hit from the start. The dishes are always extremely fresh, clean, defined and tasty. I can tell what I am eating. We will be happy to continue ordering. Please don't let up! Keep it up!

We order sushi from KOI very often and have never been disappointed! Super good quality, special variations and the price is justified for this. Very nice staff and when you pick it up, they prepare the food as if it were a work of art. It is really worth gold to have you around!

You can't really say anything against the taste of the food, especially the sushi is world class. You are prepared to pay more for good food, because koi is not cheap. We regularly ordered from Koi Sushi and you could say we are regular customers. Now the catch. The complaint management leaves a lot! To be desired. The operator is absolutely incapable of criticism and is very uncomfortable on the phone when it comes to that (2 times for approx. 15 orders). We already had the 2nd incident where we had to have unnecessary discussions. The food was delivered without sauce and instead of asking what you can do now, she disputes that we didn't milk it - everything can't always go smoothly and every delivery service I know has forgotten something! The question is how do you deal with it. The moral of the story was that after 5 minutes of discussion the statement came: Fine, you bring the sauce, but then we don't need to order there again! Something like that really doesn't work! Now you have unfortunately lost a customer unnecessarily, although it came to the same result to bring the sauce ... normally I do not get carried away with such texts so quickly, but this way made me very upset. Pity! So a tip, give your complaints to someone else who will take them better and know what service is, right now, after your not insignificant price increase! Best wishes

We ate there. A station concourse is more comfortable. No curtains, no decorations, we were the only guests. The staff was friendly, but hard to understand. Nobody could explain the food to us! It was so completely ok ... But nothing more. After the restaurant atmosphere we definitely won't go there anymore

Very disappointed! Have now tested it for the second time with 4 people and unfortunately all of them were disappointed again. The chicken teriyaki tastes like sugar broth and causes stomach ache. The duck is very fatty but otherwise good. The fried noodles look like they come from a ready-made pan from the discounter and don't taste good either. The only positive points are the punctual and warm delivery. The prices are really cheeky for the portions too. Inedible at steep prices. Definitely not there again with us. There are better ones in Bad Oldesloe.

We ordered the second time today and it was horrible for the second time. The noodles tasted like nothing and were not fried. The rice wasn't tasty at all either. The sushi fell apart. The sauces weren't that good either .. We'll never order there again.

Delicious, fresh sushi. Standard creations and a few of your own. Already high, but reasonable prices. Should be something special than the daily dinner.

A very worthwhile sushi restaurant. The miso soup had a nice balanced taste. With the sushi you could taste a good quality of the ingredients. In other cities and countries, on the other hand, you pay twice as much for this taste and the same quality. For someone who has to eat a lot in restaurants, this place is finally one that is not boring of the taste. That's why I like coming back.
